Please read and acknowledge your understanding of the following information with relation to receiving a laptop from the Laptops for Learners program.

I authorize Cedar Crest College and/or its agents and contractors to contact me at my current and any future cell phone number(s), email address(es), or wireless device(s) regarding my delinquent student account(s)/loan(s), any other debt I owe to Cedar Crest College, or to receive general information from Cedar Crest College. I authorize Cedar Crest College and its agents and contractors to use automated telephone dialing equipment, artificial or prerecorded voice or text messages, and personal calls and emails in their efforts to contact me.

Furthermore, I understand that I may withdraw my consent to call or text my cellphone using automated telephone dialing equipment by submitting a clear revocation request to Student Financial Services or to the applicable contractor or agent contacting me on behalf of Cedar Crest College.
