Group Campus Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group visit with Cedar Crest College!

We are excited to welcome your group to campus! We welcome high school students and chaperones to groups (8 to 50) to visit Cedar Crest’s campus Monday-Friday to learn more about our programs, student life opportunities, and financial aid opportunities. We share programing designed to help students become more engaged in their college search and admissions process

• Students visiting must be in 9th-12th grades; we are unable to accommodate middle or elementary school students.
• Please remember that Cedar Crest is a primarily women’s college, with limited programs available for male students. We only hold group tours on select weekdays from 10am-2pm.
• Kindly allow 7 to 10 days for processing and submit your request at least three weeks before your desired visit date to ensure we can accommodate your plans. If you wish to cancel your visit after receiving a confirmation, please email at least 72 hours prior.
